Recruitment & Onboarding

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for Retails vacancy (job posting, screening, interviews, offer letters).
• Coordinate onboarding programs for new hires.
• Maintain employee records and recruitment documentation.

HR Administration

• Maintain accurate employee files, HR databases, and personnel records.
• Prepare HR letters (offer, confirmation, transfer, warning, resignation acceptance).
• Manage employee attendance, leave records, and staff movements.

Payroll & Benefits

• Coordinate monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracy.
• Check and update attendance daily.
• Liaise with HR HQ on any inquiries .

Employee Relations

• Address employee inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Assist in handling disciplinary matters and domestic inquiries.
• Support employee engagement activities and company events.

Performance & Training

• Register for food handler class
• Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.
• Identify basic training needs and support development initiatives

Compliance & Policy

• Ensure HR practices comply with Malaysia Labour Law and company policies.
• Assist in updating HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook.
• Support audits and inspections when required.

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of HR experience (fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles).
• Willing to Work 6DAYS a week with Sunday OFF
• Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labour practices.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
