Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of aluminum fabrication techniques, CNC machinery, and blueprint reading.

Experience: Usually 3–10 years in manufacturing, with specific experience in aluminium/metal fabrication.

Leadership: Strong communication and team management skills.

Software Skills: Familiarity with CNC software and Microsoft Office for documentation

Production Scheduling: Managing workflow to meet, or exceed, delivery requirements.

Quality Control: Ensuring finished products (e.g., doors, windows, façade systems) adhere to specifications and standards.

Technical Supervision: Guiding staff on cutting, machining, assembly, and installation of aluminium profiles.

Team Leadership: Training operators, maintaining safety procedures, and resolving production bottlenecks.
