Purpose of Job

Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, execution of onboarding and offboarding procedures, and coordination of staff training programs. Supports daily HR operations to ensure smooth workforce management and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment

• Manage full-cycle recruitment to fulfill headcount demands, including sourcing, resume screening, and interviewing.
• Coordinate hiring needs with department heads and manage candidate job offers.
• Assist with foreign worker recruitment logistics and onboarding where required.

2. Onboarding & Offboarding

• Onboarding: Prepare offer letters, run orientation for new hires, and collect all required employee documentation.
• Offboarding: Manage exit clearance, conduct exit interviews, and ensure smooth handovers for departing employees.
• Keep employee records and database updated accurately.

3. Training & Development

• Coordinate internal and external training sessions, including scheduling, venues, and trainer arrangements.
• Collect training evaluation feedback and track records to support audit compliance.

4. General HR & Administrative Support

• Assist with basic employee relations matters and administrative prep for disciplinary processes.
• Help gather HR files and training logs for routine audit reviews (ISO / RBA / CSR standards).
• Perform ad-hoc HR or administrative duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in HR (manufacturing background is a plus).
• Skills: Solid understanding of basic local labor laws and end-to-end hiring processes.
• Attributes: High integrity, good communication skills, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential data.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
