Field Collection Officer (10 Vacancies) – Subang Jaya

Working Location

Subang Jaya (Near LRT Taipan)

Working Hours

• 5 working days per week
• Tuesday–Saturday or Wednesday–Sunday
• Fixed shift after the first month
• 8-hour working day

What You'll Do

• Visit customers with overdue accounts to discuss payment arrangements.
• Negotiate repayment plans and collect outstanding payments.
• Deliver collection notices and verify customer information.
• Conduct field visits and skip tracing when required.
• Update visit outcomes using the company's mobile system.
• Work towards monthly collection targets while providing professional customer service.

Requirement

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Full training will be provided.
• Candidates with experience in debt collection, repossession, field enforcement, hire purchase, leasing, financing, or the rent-to-own industry are encouraged to apply.
• Possess a valid Malaysian driving license.
• Own a motorcycle or car and be willing to travel for field visits.
