Able to work on a shift basis, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Self-motivated with high initiative, fast learner, confident, and passionate about the fitness industry.

Good communication skills to assist members and respond to WhatsApp enquiries.

Basic computer literacy and experience in handling basic cashiering, or membership booking applications.

Reception & member service — greet members, answer questions, handle complaints, explain memberships/classes, assist with check-in.

Membership administration — new member registration, renewals, freezes, cancellations, payment follow-up, updating member details.

Sales support — respond to walk-ins and WhatsApp enquiries, arrange trials, book PT consultations, follow up leads, explain packages.

Booking & scheduling — manage PT appointments, class bookings, trainer schedules, room/studio availability.

Payments & cashiering — collect membership/PT/class payments, issue receipts, check outstanding balances, reconcile daily collections.

Facility monitoring — make sure the reception, gym floor, changing areas and common areas are presentable; report damaged equipment or maintenance issues.

Access control — make sure only valid members/guests enter and handle visitor registration.

Communication — send reminders for overdue payments, expiring memberships, trial appointments, class updates and announcements.

Basic reporting — daily walk-ins, enquiries, sales, payments, cancellations, complaints, attendance and follow-up status.

Emergency/basic support — know who to contact if a member is injured or there is a facility issue.
