Job Responsibilities

The Production Supervisor will be a key leader in our manufacturing operations at Shiuh Sheng, responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality production output.

Key Duties:

• Manufacturing Management: Oversee and manage the entire daily manufacturing production process.
• Scheduling: Strategically plan and execute production scheduling to meet delivery deadlines and customer requirements.
• Line Operations: Plan, organize, and manage end-to-end production line operations to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Team Supervision: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of production control and line team members.
• Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to company safety policies, manufacturing standards, and quality control procedures.
• Requirements
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in production supervision, manufacturing management, or a similar role.
• Language: Must be fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Location Requirement: Must be willing to work in China for long term position

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
