About The Role

We are hiring a Business Operations Executive to help our projects move forward and make everyday work easier to follow. You’ll support project execution, coordinate with the team, and create and maintain practical SOPs.

You’ll work with the team to organise tasks, follow up on progress and suggest practical improvements.

Your Responsibilities

• Help organise projects, tasks and timelines.
• Follow up with teammates and vendors, coordinate what’s needed, and flag delays or issues.
• Keep project trackers updated and share simple progress updates.
• Understand how everyday work is done and identify gaps or unclear steps.
• Create and maintain clear SOPs, checklists and guides.
• Suggest practical improvements and help the team put agreed changes into practice.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years’ experience in operations, project coordination or a related role.
• Organised, reliable and consistent with follow-ups.
• Able to communicate clearly and write easy-to-follow instructions.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets and everyday digital tools.
• Proactive about spotting problems and suggesting practical improvements.

Bonus Points

• Experience in FMCG, retail operations or a growing consumer business.
• Previous experience creating or maintaining SOPs and checklists.
