We are looking for an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager to join our team within the Medical Component Parts Supply sector.

If you are a driven leader with a strong track record in B2B medical Business development, sales, account management, and strategic marketing, this is your opportunity to drive growth and shape our brand presence in the healthcare manufacturing industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive Revenue & Market Expansion: Develop strategic sales plans, identify new opportunities with medical device OEMs and contract manufacturers, and manage high-value key accounts.
• Lead Integrated Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, represent the company at key trade shows/technical presentations, and oversee product launches.
• Build Strategic Partnerships: Negotiate commercial agreements and cultivate long-term relationships with procurement, engineering, and decision-makers across the medical sector.
• Mentor & Lead: Head our dynamic sales team, set performance targets, and collaborate with cross-functional operations and supply chain teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 5–10 years of successful sales experience in medical components, medical devices, or precision manufacturing.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of medical industry standards (ISO 13485 and FDA compliance are highly preferred).
• Key Skills: Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets, strong negotiation capabilities, data-driven decision-making, and exceptional presentation skills.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month
