• Supervising production operator on discipline & attitude manners.
• Propose ideas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency and process flow
• Ensuring the production daily productivity and quality as per targets set are met.
• Verify daily work center setup checklist before production begin.
• Implement work safety on the production shop floor.
• Addressing and resolving production issues such as 4M issue (manpower, machine, method, material) etc.
• Scheduling shifts and assigning tasks for operators.
• Ensure 6S principles are implemented and maintained in the workplace.
• Conduct training to operators on standard work procedures, refresher training as needed.
• Machine troubleshooting on the failure mode if has any deviation.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
