Position : Graphic Designer cum Visual Merchandiser

Location: Klang

Pay: RM 3,500.00 – RM5,000 per month (Basic)

Jack Studio is looking for a talented Graphic Designer cum Visual Merchandiser to strengthen our brand image, create eye-catching marketing materials and enhance the shopping experience across our retail outlets.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Graphic Design & Creative Content

• Design promotional posters, banners, product visuals, catalogues, price cards and marketing materials.
• Create engaging visuals for social media, e-commerce platforms and retail campaigns.
• Develop creative artwork for product launches, festive promotions and seasonal campaigns.
• Ensure all designs follow Jack Studio's brand identity and visual standards
• Prepare artwork for printing, digital publication and in-store promotional use.

2. Visual Merchandising & Retail Display

• Plan and execute attractive product displays for bags, wallets, belts and other leather goods.
• Maintain consistent visual merchandising standards across Jack Studio retail outlets.
• Arrange products strategically to improve visibility and enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Implement promotional displays, new arrivals and seasonal window or in-store displays.
• Conduct store visits, assess display conditions and recommend improvements.
• Work with store teams to ensure merchandising guidelines are properly implemented.

3. Coordination & Execution

• Work closely with Marketing, E-commerce and Retail Operations teams to support sales campaigns.
• Coordinate with printing suppliers and other vendors when required.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of designs and display installations.
• Monitor execution quality and submit regular progress reports to Management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication or a related field.
• Preferably 2–4 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Canva and other design tools are an advantage.
• Possess a strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and creative work.
• Have a good eye for colour coordination, layout, product presentation and retail displays.
• Creative, organised, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to travel to retail outlets when required.
• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio and the right attitude are welcome to apply.
