Infinecs Systems Sdn Bhd is looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Intern to join us as soon as possible!

If you're passionate about IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting, this is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional engineering environment.

Scope of Work

• Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
• Assist in maintaining servers, operating systems, and applications.
• Support user account setup, email configuration, and access permissions.
• Escalate complex technical issues to IT Engineers or the Manager.
• Maintain company webpages to ensure content accuracy and functionality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of internal systems and applications.
• Work closely with the Network Engineer to support daily IT operations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Computing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Final-semester students are preferred.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and interested in IT support and networking.

Internship Details
Start Date : Mid-October 2026 (ASAP)
Duration: Preferably 6 months

Pay: From RM800.00 per month
