Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Growth: Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to consistently achieve and surpass ambitious sales targets. Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Build a High-Performing Team: Recruit, train, and develop top sales talent, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and support to empower sales reps to succeed. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented sales environment that motivates and inspires peak performance.
  • Cultivate Strong Customer Relationships: Build long-lasting relationships and secure customer loyalty.
  • Optimize Sales Performance: Analyse data and implement strategies to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to Strategic Sales Growth: Collaborate on long-term plans and identify new market opportunities.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Degree in any Science/Engineering or related field from a reputable University.
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in sales, preferably within laboratory instrumentation industry, including leadership experience managing a minimum of 6-8 direct reports.
  • Instrumentation and/or laboratory sales or technical experience would be preferred.
  • Able to network across all levels and work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, result oriented and energetic with passion to succeed.
  • Sound business acumen particularly in identifying potentials and devising solutions to need.
  • Other desired values include a high quality of standard, aggressiveness, agility and critical reasoning.
  • Willing to travel within Malaysia as and when required.
  • Possess own transport with a valid driving license.
Willing to work on-site 5 days a week.
