• Assist in handle and manage all company artworks including packaging, labels, marketing materials, and promotional visuals, whether by liaising with external designers/vendors or developing the designs independently.
• Assist in design and develop creative visuals for the company’s in-house brands including product packaging, merchandise, and marketing materials.
• Assist in create engaging graphic designs for various platforms such as social media, websites, digital ads, and promotional campaigns.
• Assist in produce creative content including graphics, video, motion graphics, product illustrations, and other multimedia materials.
• Generate creative ideas and transform them into innovative concepts aligned with the company’s brand strategy.
• Assist in design marketing collaterals such as brochures, catalogues, datasheets, posters, banners, and promotional materials.
• Develop exhibition and event visuals including backdrops, display panels, and roll-up banners.
• Ensure all artworks follow company branding guidelines and maintain brand consistency across all materials and platforms.
• Liaise with external designers, printing vendors, and suppliers when required to ensure artwork quality and production readiness.
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing & E-commerce team
• Assist in Product photo / video shoots
• Create and update website graphics, social media visuals, and digital marketing materials.
• Maintain proper filing, organization, and version control of all artwork files.
• Lead design projects from concept development to final production-ready artwork while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Perform other design-related and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Additional
Working Hour/Day : Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.Minimum 1–3 years of relevant design experience (Fresh graduates with strong portfolio are encouraged to apply).
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (knowledge in video editing, motion graphics, or 3D tools is an advantage).
• Strong creativity with good typography, layout, and visual design skills.
• Ability to develop design concepts independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in packaging design, marketing materials, and digital content is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle artworks independently or coordinate with external designers when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
