14$ - 17$

Working Hours 5pm -10pm
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Commis Chef to join our kitchen team.

The ideal candidate should be hardworking, willing to learn, and able to work well in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with daily food preparation and cooking.
Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and kitchen standards.
Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Follow food safety procedures and proper food storage practices.
Check ingredients and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO).
Assist with inventory checks and receiving deliveries.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Carry out other duties assigned by the Head Chef or Sous Chef.

Requirements

Previous kitchen experience is preferred.
Basic cooking and knife skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
Willing to learn and take instructions.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good attitude and teamwork skills.
Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
