The Role

The Admissions Officer is the first point of contact for anyone enquiring about our services, whether they are reaching out for themselves or for a family member. You will handle enquiries by phone, email and WhatsApp, find out what support the person needs, and explain the programmes that suit them.

Once an enquiry moves forward, you will work with our clinical team to arrange assessments, and help the family with admission dates, documentation, payment and travel. You will stay in contact with the family throughout and keep clear records of every enquiry, from first contact to admission.

What you will do

•    Handle inbound enquiries by phone, email, and WhatsApp, and respond promptly

•    Understand each family's situation and explain the programmes suited to them

•    Coordinate with our clinical team on assessments and admission planning

•    Guide families through logistics, documentation, and payment arrangements

•    Follow up consistently so no enquiry goes cold

•    Keep accurate records of every enquiry and its outcome

What we are looking for

•    Experience in call handling, patient admissions, family liaison, or customer care

•    Genuine warmth and patience on the phone, and the composure to hold a difficult conversation

•    Clear spoken and written English

•    Strong organisation and follow-through

•    The ambition to grow into leading an admissions team of your own

Advantageous, not essential

•    A background in healthcare or hospitality

•    A qualification in psychology, counselling, social work, or a related mental health field

•    Arabic language ability
