• 1. Receive and inspect items against approved documents to ensure items are complete, correct and in acceptable condition.
• 2. Store, arrange and label items at designated locations to ensure inventory is accessible, traceable and safely maintained.
• 3. Issue, pack, unpack, return and label stock items with complete supporting documents to ensure proper stock movement and record control.
• 4. Update logbooks, system postings and assigned records promptly to support accurate inventory information.
• 5. Prepare gate pass or assigned transaction documents for review and approval in accordance with approved procedures.
• 6. Maintain housekeeping, cleanliness and safe working practices across assigned receiving, issuing and storage areas.
• 7. Support stock counts, cycle counts and ad-hoc checks by locating items, preparing records and reporting differences to CIC or Supervisor.
• 8. Report damaged items, discrepancies, incomplete documents, safety concerns or urgent user requirements to CIC, Supervisor or above

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
