Job Description

We are looking for friendly, energetic, and responsible Front Crew members to join our team at Cherita Embun. The ideal candidate should be customer-oriented, hardworking, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced F&B environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist customers with food selection, ordering, and payment.
• Serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure food displays, serving counters, and dining areas are clean, organised, and well-maintained.
• Replenish food and beverages throughout operating hours.
• Monitor food availability and communicate with the kitchen team.
• Clear tables promptly and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs at all times.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Assist with opening, closing, and other daily operational tasks.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
