Requirements:

• Malaysian or Permanent Resident

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree in any field

• 2–3 years of experience in F&B / retail

• Responsible for supervising daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow, efficient service, and consistent product quality.

• Support team coordination by arranging work schedules, guiding staff on operational procedures, and maintaining a positive working environment.

• Monitor sales activities, stock levels, and operational records while ensuring proper cash handling and accurate daily reporting.

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall store presentation in line with company expectations and service standards.

• Assist in handling customer enquiries, resolving service concerns, and improving overall customer experience.
