Job Summary:

Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow in purchasing and procurement? Join our team as a Purchasing Admin and gain hands-on experience in vendor sourcing, cost optimization, and ERP-driven procurement within the semiconductor manufacturing industry. Job Responsibilities:

• Manage purchasing activities for CAPEX, office supplies, and utilities
• Procure parts and services for equipment and facility maintenance
• Source, evaluate, and onboard new vendors to support business needs
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and value improvement
• Create and maintain vendor records in the ERP system, including new vendor creation and vendor status updates (modification/deactivation)
• Handles the provision and return of supplier survey form from approved vendor and the record filing
• Convert approved Purchase Requisitions (PR) into Purchase Orders (PO) in ERP
• Issue POs to suppliers and ensure timely closure in the system
• Follow up with vendors on shipment status and delivery schedules
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement procedures and documentation
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain, or equivalent
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
