About the Role

Canon Marketing (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a proactive and organized Print Care Assistant to join our team in Selangor. This is a 1-year renewable contract position based on performance.

As a Print Care Assistant, you will support the day-to-day administration and operations of the Print Services Division, ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Print Services team.
• Handle calls, emails, and service enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Process and track print service requests and orders.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
