Automotive Industries Sdn.Bhd., a subsidiary company under Toyoya Malaysia, is seeking an Engineering Executive to join our team. The incumbent will be responsible for conducting and coordinating testing, validation, and laboratory activities, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support new product development, fulfil customer requirements, and achieve organizational objectives.

Job Description

• Plan and execute testing, validation, and prototype activities to meet customer requirements and project timelines.
• Provide technical evaluation and feasibility support for new product development, engineering changes, and material verification.
• Ensure testing accuracy and compliance through effective calibration, laboratory management, and quality system implementation.
• Prepare technical reports and coordinate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Drive laboratory capability enhancement through equipment upgrades, new testing methods, and continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
• 2 years in testing, laboratory, quality assurance, or product development environment
• Experience in product validation and calibration activities
• Experience in technical report preparation and customer support activities
