Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Project Manager at Electric Library (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. located in Shah Alam. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all project deployments including hardware and software, ensuring timelines are met, prepare the relevant documentation or minutes of meeting, serve as the contact point between the customer and the company as well as liaise with the relevant departments to ensure issues are resolved on time.

Qualifications

• Project Management skills including project planning, coordination and stakeholder management.
• Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely delivery of project tasks, materials and services.
• Inspection skills for validating deliverables, quality standards and compliance with project requirements.
• Logistics Management skills to oversee the movement, scheduling and allocation of resources.
• Relevant experience in managing technology projects is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong multitasking skills to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Able to travel interstate or overseas (if required) as required for each project.
