Position: School Admin

Location: Orbix International School, Klang

Employment Type: Full-time

Education: Minimum Diploma in any discipline.

Language Skills:-

• Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Proficient in Mandarin is an advantage.

Personality Traits:-

• Strong people skills.
• Adaptable, flexible and friendly.
• Approachable with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day front office administration duties, ensuring smooth operations.
• Act as the primary liaison for students, parents and academic staff.
• Handle enquiries and guide prospective parents through the enrolment process.
• Maintain a high standard of confidentiality and privacy in all dealings.
• Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as record-keeping, scheduling and correspondence.

Additional Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):

• Experience in customer service or administrative roles.
• Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
