Role Description The IT & Digital Transformation Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Klang. This intern supports day-to-day IT operations, including monitoring systems, assisting with network administration tasks, and helping maintain hardware and software environments. The role involves troubleshooting user issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members, and contributing to documentation of IT processes and procedures. The intern also assists with digital transformation initiatives such as process digitization, basic data collection, and adoption of new tools that improve operational efficiency. Collaboration with operations and customer service teams is expected to ensure technology solutions align with logistics business needs.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge in Information Technology and an interest in digital transformation initiatives.
• Ability to assist with Network Administration tasks and basic Network Security practices.
• Strong Troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Customer Service orientation, with the ability to support internal users and communicate clearly about technical matters.
• Pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems, office productivity tools, and basic IT support procedures.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work on-site in Klang, collaborate in a team environment, and manage multiple tasks responsibly.
