POSITION: ASSISTANT MANAGER, FINANCE (TREASURY)

COMPANY: CTRM AEROSYSTEMS SDN. BHD., SUBANG

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline; a professional qualification is an advantage.

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking or financial management.

• Good knowledge of banking facilities, cash flow management, liquidity planning and financial controls.

• Experience in financial modelling, financing arrangements or corporate exercises is an advantage.

• Experience in a public-listed company environment is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication, negotiation and report-writing skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage banking facilities, credit lines, loan drawdowns, repayments and compliance with financing terms.
• Prepare cash flow projections and monitor daily cash flow, liquidity and working capital requirements.
• Coordinate with banks on financing facilities, banking arrangements and financing terms.
• Manage surplus funds through short-term investments and fixed deposits.
• Monitor financial controls, SOPs and risk management practices to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support budgeting, financial forecasting, financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Coordinate Board and committee papers, regulatory submissions and liaison with external auditors, tax agents and legal advisors.
• Support corporate exercises, including restructuring, capital raising and mergers and acquisitions, where required.
