Job Purpose
We are looking for a Business Excellence Executive to support the company in improving business processes, monitoring performance, coordinating cross-department activities, and supporting compliance and product development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and improve business processes, workflows, and SOPs.
• Identify process gaps and coordinate with relevant departments on improvements.
• Monitor KPI and performance data and prepare tracking reports.
• Coordinate with departments and system providers on process and system-related matters.
• Support cross-department workflow and operational improvements.
• Maintain compliance documents, licences, certificates, and product-related records.
• Assist with product development, product samples, testing, market research, and supplier coordination.
• Assist in checking product labels, packaging, claims, and promotional materials for compliance requirements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and management updates.
• Follow up on outstanding tasks, projects, and deadlines.
• Support Management in business improvement projects and other assigned initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Operations, or related fields.
• Preferably 1–2 years of relevant experience in operations, administration, business support, compliance, or product development.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with different departments.
