We're Hiring: Venture Analyst (Strategy & Research)

RM3,800 / month | Flexible Hybrid | Malaysia | Full-Time Role

YOUR MISSION

• Plan: Turn project objectives into clear timelines, tasks and deliverables.
• Research: Explore unfamiliar topics, uncover reliable insights and present your findings.
• Structure: Turn complex ideas into clear frameworks, compelling content and presentations.
• Execute: Coordinate with the team and designer to deliver polished work on time.
• Grow: You'll receive guidance and mentorship, with the freedom to take ownership as you grow.

YOU MIGHT BE OUR PERSON IF YOU…

• Have an engineering degree and enjoy solving problems beyond engineering.
• Are naturally curious and love asking “Why?” and “What if?”
• Can turn scattered information into clear, logical ideas.
• Are organized, proactive and dependable when deadlines matter.
• Take initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do.

1 year of experience preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome if you can demonstrate your abilities through projects, internships or other work. No finance or consulting experience required. We value how you think, learn and execute.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

• Probation period 3-months, RM3,500 monthly (+ EPF, SOCSO)
• Post-Probation RM3,800 monthly, (+ EPF, SOCSO) and 15 days' annual leave.
