Responsibilities

• Find and develop new business opportunities in the SME and corporate sectors.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients.
• Build and maintain good relationships with dealers and end users.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable document printing solutions.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Keep up with market trends and competitor activities.
• Develop strategies to grow existing accounts and attract new customers.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure good customer service.
• Monitor sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct product demonstrations and customer training when required.

Requirements

• Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Good presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in hardware industry
• Good knowledge of market trends, and competitors.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• IT-related qualifications are an added advantage.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
