Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Engineering, Engineering, Science or a related discipline.

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Environmental, Health & Safety, preferably within the manufacturing, industrial or heavy engineering sector.

Good knowledge of occupational safety, health and environmental regulations and statutory requirements.

Hands-on experience with ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and corporate EHS management systems.

Experience in conducting EHS audits, incident investigations, risk assessments and performance monitoring.

Exposure to coordinating EHS activities across multiple manufacturing sites or business units will be an added advantage.

Professional certifications or competency registrations related to EHS will be an added advantage.

Good command of both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Willing to travel to operating sites and business entities whenever required.

Develop, review and continuously improve Group-wide EHS policies, procedures, standards and management programmes.

Provide technical guidance and advisory support to site EHS teams to ensure consistent implementation of corporate EHS requirements.

Monitor compliance with applicable occupational safety, health and environmental legislation, as well as ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.

Coordinate Group EHS audits, risk assessments and ensure timely follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.

Review major workplace incidents, assess investigation findings and recommend effective preventive measures.

Analyse Group EHS performance data, identify trends and propose initiatives to enhance safety and environmental performance.

Prepare EHS reports and presentations for management while supporting training programmes and knowledge-sharing initiatives across the organisation.

Perform any other duties or projects assigned by management.
