Job Description:

1. Coordinate containment, segregation, investigation, and deposition of suspect or non-confirming lots.

2. Verify the effectiveness of corrective actions and monitor recurring defects.

3. Conduct internal audits and support customers and certification audit.

4. Problem solving: ability to apply root cause analysis methods, 8D, 5Why and fishbone analysis.

5. Quality tools: knowledge of 7QC tools, SPC, failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA), control plan and MSA.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or related discipline.

2. 2 - 5 years of experience in manufacturing (semiconductor) quality assurance.

3. Fresh graduates may be considered for junior position.

4. Experience in investigating test failures, handling non-confirming products, and implementing corrective actions.

5. Knowledge of QMS, SPC, and failure analysis.

6. Mandarin speaker required due to this role will be handling customers / projects from China.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
