Job Descriptions:

• Design, configure, and troubleshoot multi-vendor enterprise firewalls, switching, and wireless. Deliver routing, VLANS, VPNs, firewall policies and NAT, segmentation, high availability, and failover testing. Practical experience across at least two firewall, switch, and wireless brands is preferred.
• Build and support Dell, HPE, or Lenovo servers, including firmware, remote management, RAID, storage, and hardware diagnostics. Support Windows server services such as Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Administer VMware vSphere (ESXi/vCenter) and at least one alternative platform such as Hyper-V or Proxmox. Plan VM sizing and migrations, implement and test backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and availability.
• Lead technical delivery from discovery and design validation through implementation, testing, handover, and closure. Coordinate with customers, project managers, vendors, and internal teams. Manage risks and change windows.
• Troubleshoot issues across network, security, and server domains, communicate impact, mentor engineers, and prepare designs, implementations plans, test results, as-built records, and operational runbooks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Typically 3 – 5 years of relevant hands-on infrastructure delivery experience.
• Strong practical skills in multi-vendor networking and security, enterprise server hardware, Windows Server, VMware vSphere, and an alternative virtualization platform.
• Proven experience with migrations, backup and disaster recovery, troubleshooting, and high availability.
• Professional spoken with written English for customer, technical, and non-technical audiences.
• Relevant certifications are preferred, such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet NSE/FCP, Palo Alto PCNSA/PCNSE, VMware VCP, Microsoft Windows Server / Azure infrastructure, or equivalent vendor certifications.
• Desirable experience include SAN / NAS and shared storage, backup and monitoring tools, security controls and vulnerability remediation, cloud or hybrid infrastructure, identity integration, PowerShell or similar automation, and customer facing system integrator.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
