Job Summary

Lead and manage restaurant and central kitchen operations, including staff hiring and training, inventory control, and compliance with safety standards. Drive performance improvements and revenue growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and supervise staff including bartenders and waiters to ensure efficient restaurant operations
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies to maintain stock and reduce waste
• Oversee opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth daily operations
• Implement and monitor compliance with safety and sanitation standards and legal requirements
• Develop and execute strategies to improve team performance and operational efficiency
• Identify and develop revenue opportunities through talent recruitment and promotional activities
• Foster a positive work environment through coaching and team engagement initiatives
• Adapt to work schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced, high-volume setting

• Location: Various Locations (Pandan Loop, Beauty World, Foch Road)
• Working hours: 10.30am to 10.30pm (Shift Work)
• Salary: $3000 - $5000
