Position Overview

We are looking for a Physiotherapy Assistant / Physio Technician to assist the Physiotherapist in managing patients and supporting the daily clinical and clerical operations of the department.

Requirements

• Diploma in Physiotherapy or Diploma in Sports Science.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work well as part of a team.
• Responsible, organized and willing to learn.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or physiotherapy setting will be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the Physiotherapist in clinical and clerical tasks related to patient management.
• Assist in preparing and managing patients before, during and after treatment.
• Perform initial patient assessments under the appropriate supervision.
• Demonstrate the ability to apply basic clinical reasoning when managing patients.
• Maintain proper patient documentation and departmental records.
• Support the Physiotherapy Department in ensuring smooth daily operations.
