SALES FARM TECHNICAL

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible Sales Farm Technical to support our daily farm and sales operations. The ideal candidate should have good organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for monitor daily lorry utilization, driver attendance, delivery schedules and routes, while prepare fleet operation reports and highlighting any issues or delays.
• Prepare and update monthly attendance records and overtime for drivers and attendants.
• Coordinate and arrange vehicle servicing and repairs if need. Monitor maintenance schedules and follow up on pending repairs to ensure vehicle reliability and minimize downtime.
• Record and monitor daily inventory and stock checks to reconcile actual stock against recorded balances.
• Coordinate daily operational requirements between farm teams, drivers, attendants, and sales personnel.
• Support daily operations to ensure smooth and timely execution of tasks.
• Prepare operational reports and assist with improvement projects.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / STPM / Sijil or equivalent.
• Experience in the agriculture, farming, or distribution industry will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience in transport coordination, logistics, inventory control, or operations support is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and other office applications.
• Good organizational, communication, detail-oriented and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
