Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, ensuring exceptional customer service and effective complaint resolution.
• Responding to inquiries via CS & ASK mailboxes.
• Conduct tele sales for Insurance Products (Auto & Credit Life).

Requirements:

• Diploma holder with minimum 1 year of customer service & tele sales experience.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided
• Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
