The Business Analyst 6-month Internship to Bootcamp Program is a structured talent development initiative designed to equip participants with core business analysis capabilities through hands-on internship experience followed by an intensive training program within DHL operations and business functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in an intensive bootcamp covering business analysis fundamentals, process mapping, and data analytics tools.- Support requirements gathering, documentation (Business Requirement Documentation, user stories), and stakeholder discussions.
- Analyze business data and assist in developing reports and dashboards for decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to ongoing business projects, including digitalisation and operational enhancements.
- Present insights, findings, and recommendations through structured reports and presentations
