Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE), Biomedical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.

Candidates with a valid MDA BTP Certification will have an added advantage and are strongly encouraged to apply.

Basic knowledge of IT networking, software applications, and computer hardware troubleshooting.

Possess own transportation and be willing to travel outstation on short notice or as required.

Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Positive, confident, and proactive with a strong willingness to learn and grow.

Customer-focused with a service-oriented mindset.

Able to respond promptly to requests, manage multiple tasks, and work under pressure.

Good interpersonal, communication, and report-writing skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Prior experience in servicing medical equipment will be an added advantage.

Install, commission, and perform after-sales service and maintenance for medical equipment.

Carry out warranty services, preventive maintenance (PPM), troubleshooting, calibration, and electrical safety testing of medical equipment.

Prepare technical service reports and provide technical recommendations when required.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, MDA and GDMD regulatory requirements.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers by delivering excellent service.

Collaborate with internal departments to identify solutions and resolve technical and operational issues efficiently.
