* Previous experience in insurance operations / policy servicing / broking support preferred.

* Insurance knowledge is an advantage.

* Strong attention to detail.

* Good written and verbal English communication.

* Able to work accurately within SLA/KPI-driven environments.

* Process and check insurance slips, policies, endorsements and related documents.

* Support brokers with placement and policy servicing activities.

* Perform policy/endorsement checking against placing slips and insurer documents.

* Identify discrepancies and request amendments from insurers.

* Prepare transmittal emails and send policies/endorsements to clients/insured.

* Meet required SLAs and KPIs while maintaining accuracy and quality.

* Follow company policies and maintain basic knowledge of insurance processes and legislation.

- Handle other operational tasks as assigned.
