About the Position

Indus Ayurveda is seeking a dedicated and organised individual to support our daily clinic operations and deliver a welcoming experience to our patients.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, approachable and capable of managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.

Your Role

As part of our clinic team, you will be responsible for:

• Welcoming patients and assisting with their enquiries.
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating patient follow-ups.
• Processing payments, preparing bills and maintaining daily transaction records.
• Managing medicine orders, packing arrangements and delivery coordination.
• Updating patient information and maintaining organised records.
• Handling telephone calls, WhatsApp messages and general correspondence.
• Supporting the smooth running of daily clinic activities.
• Ensuring patients receive prompt, courteous and attentive service.
