任职资格
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized institution with 0 - 3 years experience. Those with more than 3 years experience will be remunerated according to experience and capability
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience with consulting firm and engineering is an advantage
- Possess strong planning, interpersonal, communication, organization and negotiation skill
- Able to work independently
岗位职责
- To prepare contract documents and calculate the cost of renovation for projects, bills of quantities, material sourcing.
- Prepare progress claim.
- To evaluate the progress claim received from the Sub Cons and suppliers
- Responsible for meetings with site supervisor & project director
