• Giving theory lectures and conduct hands on training to students attending the course.
• Provide Interesting and relevant assignments for students that demonstrate learning outcomes in a real-life setting
• Suitably challenge, engage, serve and communicate with students to encourage their participation and learning progress
• Complete grade books, final grade sheets, learning assessments and final exam assessments on a timely basis
• Ensure course and program learning outcomes are achieved as defined by the syllabus
• Where applicable, ensure safety and sanitation of all labs, kitchens, equipment, supplies and students
• To assist and give advises to students in their studies.
• Experienced with practical hands-on skills, knowledge in areas of cake making, decoration and pastry related.
• Develop training course ware in related work areas.

Requirements:

• Possess Professional Certificate/ Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Pastry and Culinary or any related field.
• Must have at least 5 years experiences working in hotels.
• Applicants must be willing to work in USJ Subang.
• Candidates with teaching experience would have an added advantage.
• We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
