Location: Kuala Lumpur, Maluri
Employment: 1-Year Contract, renewable annually; conversion to Permanent in the third year
Work Mode: Hybrid, Shift-based
Shift: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM / 5:00 PM–12:00 AM
Rest Days: 2 rest days per week, scheduled based on roster and not fixed on Saturday or Sunday

Responsibilities

• Support cloud service delivery, including account provisioning, service activation, configuration and deployment.
• Provide L1 technical support and basic troubleshooting for cloud-related issues.
• Handle customer service requests, incidents and technical enquiries, with proper escalation when required.
• Support multiple cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud and Tencent Cloud.
• Monitor and follow up on incidents and service requests until resolution.
• Maintain operational data and reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with Technical, Sales and Procurement teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Continuously develop cloud technical knowledge through training and quarterly assessments.

Requirements

• Experience in cloud support, technical support, IT operations, service delivery or related roles.
• Welcome cloud related fresh graduate to apply.
• Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, virtual machines and cloud services.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is mandatory, as the role requires direct communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Willing to work rotating shifts.
• AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud or Tencent Cloud knowledge or certification is an advantage.

工作职责

• 负责云服务交付，包括账号开通、服务启用、基础配置及部署。
• 提供 L1 技术支持，对云服务相关问题进行基础故障排查。
• 处理客户服务请求、故障及技术咨询，必要时进行技术升级。
• 接触并支持 AWS、Azure、Alibaba Cloud、Tencent Cloud 等多云平台。
• 持续跟进故障及服务请求，直至问题解决。
• 使用 Excel、Google Sheets 维护运营数据及报表。
• 与技术、销售及采购团队协调，确保云服务及时完成交付。
• 通过培训及季度专业考核，持续提升云计算相关技术知识。

任职要求

• 具备云支持、技术支持、IT 运维、服务交付或相关工作经验。
• 欢迎相关科系的应届毕业生。
• 具备基础云计算、网络、虚拟机及云服务知识。
• 具备良好的故障排查、分析及问题解决能力。
• 熟练使用 Excel 及 Google Sheets。
• 能够在快节奏环境下同时处理多项任务。
• 中文沟通能力为必须条件，因岗位需要直接对接中文客户。
• 具备良好的英文沟通能力。
• 能够接受轮班工作安排。
• 具备 AWS、Azure、Alibaba Cloud、Tencent Cloud 相关知识或认证者优先。

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
