Join Catalyst Marketing Solutions in a behind-the-scenes role combining recruitment support with Instagram and TikTok content creation. You’ll help screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and showcase our team culture, while keeping the important details organised along the way.

What You’ll Do

Recruitment Support

• Post and update job advertisements on job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.

• Review applications and conduct initial phone screenings.

• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.

• Maintain accurate applicant records and recruitment updates.

Social Media & Content Creation

• Manage our company’s Instagram and TikTok accounts.

• Plan content that showcases our people, culture, and activities.

• Capture photos and short videos during team activities and events.

• Edit Reels and TikTok videos, write captions, and schedule posts.

• Explore relevant content trends while keeping our company voice professional.

Keeping Things Organised

• Assist with day-to-day team coordination.

• Support general administrative tasks as required.

Who We’re Looking For

• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.

• Comfortable speaking with applicants over the phone.

• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and short-form content.

• Able to create and edit basic videos using CapCut or similar apps.

• Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable with follow-ups.

• Clear in written and spoken communication.

• Comfortable switching between creative tasks and routine administration.

• Open to feedback and willing to learn.

You don’t need a large following. We’re more interested in your ideas, initiative, and ability to follow through.
