Social Media & Creative Intern 

Tiger & Lotus | Singapore Paid Internship: SGD 800/month Minimum commitment: 3 months 

We’re not looking for someone to just “manage social media.” 

We’re looking for someone who wants to learn how a brand is built visually, emotionally and creatively. 

At Tiger & Lotus, you’ll work closely with a designer, with hands-on mentorship throughout the internship. You’ll be encouraged to experiment, ask questions, bring ideas and understand the thinking behind the work, not just execute tasks. 

This is for someone who notices details. Someone who saves interesting campaigns, takes photos because the light looks beautiful, plays with AI, writes captions in their head and is curious about why certain brands feel different. 

What you’ll get to create 

Shoot photos, videos and Reels in-store, at events and behind the scenes 

Create content for Instagram and other social platforms 

Work with our designer to develop visual ideas and campaign concepts 

Experiment with AI image generation and new creative tools 

Write captions and stories in the Tiger & Lotus voice 

Create and update website copy and product descriptions 

Help develop EDMs and newsletters 

Assist with social and content calendars 

Research visual trends, creators, sounds, campaigns and cultural ideas 

Support launches, collaborations, shoots and in-store events 

Turn products into stories rather than just posts 

Bring us ideas we haven’t thought of yet 

What makes this internship different 

You won’t be sitting on the sidelines. 

You’ll be involved in real projects for a growing independent brand and will see how an idea moves from a conversation to a moodboard, a photograph, a campaign, a website story and eventually something a customer sees. 

You’ll work alongside a designer and receive mentorship, feedback and guidance throughout the internship. 

You’ll have room to explore areas you’re particularly interested in, whether that’s photography, content creation, design, AI, writing, branding or storytelling. 

We want you to leave with real work for your portfolio and a much deeper understanding of how a creative brand comes together. 

You might be our person if… 

You have a strong visual instinct 

You love art, interiors, fashion, jewellery, photography or design 

You understand Instagram and short-form content naturally 

You enjoy writing and storytelling 

You’re curious about AI and emerging creative tools 

You know Canva; Adobe skills are a bonus 

You’re comfortable taking photos and videos 

You notice the little things 

You’re independent but also enjoy collaborating 

You’re willing to try something, get feedback and make it better 

You don’t need an impressive CV.
