Minimum SPM qualification.

At least 1 year of experience in the coffee chain industry.

Good leadership and communication skills.

Able to work on a shift basis.

Assist and report to the Assistant Manager or Outlet Manager on daily outlet operations.

Lead and guide the team to ensure all operational procedures are carried out according to SOPs.

Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures.

Oversee cashier operations and ensure all transactions are handled accurately.

Ensure marketing campaigns and promotions are implemented correctly at the outlet.

Monitor daily cash flow and ensure all records are accurate.

Count and verify daily sales and complete bank-in procedures according to SOPs.

Monitor stock ordering and receiving to ensure accuracy and product quality.

Train, guide, and supervise Baristas while monitoring their performance and development.

Identify opportunities to improve sales and outlet performance.

Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained by the entire team.

Maintain outlet cleanliness, hygiene, and housekeeping standards.

Assist the Outlet Manager with paperwork, reporting, and other operational matters.
