Key Responsibilities
- ·Plan and schedule daily, weekly and monthly FOG production according to production targets, feedstock availability, manpower and equipment capacity.
- Supervise FOG processing activities including receiving, unloading, storage, processing and product transfer.
- Monitor actual production against planned production and take corrective action to address delays, downtime or production shortfalls.
- Plan and allocate manpower and shift duties according to production requirements.
- Monitor feedstock usage, production yield, process efficiency and production losses.
- Coordinate with QC, Maintenance, Store, Procurement and other relevant departments to ensure smooth production operations.
- Monitor equipment condition and coordinate maintenance, troubleshooting and breakdown activities.
- Ensure production activities comply with SOPs, work instructions, quality requirements and HSE procedures.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, PPE compliance and safe handling of FOG and chemicals.
- Maintain accurate production records, shift reports and production planning records.
- Support ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISCC-EU requirements, audits and corrective actions.
- Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, reduce downtime and minimize wastage.
Others
- Assist in warehouse, production, or other operational activities when required.
- To participate fully in company’s QMS, EMS and HSEMS initiatives.
- Adhere to EMS SOPs and work instruction whenever carrying out duties.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma/Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Technology, Manufacturing or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in production/plant operations, preferably in chemical, oleochemical, biodiesel, FOG or other process industries.
- Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a production environment.
- Experience in production planning, manpower planning and process monitoring.
- Experience in handling processing equipment, tanks, pumps and related plant equipment is an advantage.
- Good leadership, communication, problem-solving and reporting skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Willing to work shifts, overtime, weekends or public holidays when required.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
