About The Role

Responsible for supporting HO Treasury operations, including Kyriba account maintenance, payment monitoring, cash analysis between Kyriba and OneStream, and cash repatriation to ensure effective cash and liquidity management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform Kyriba payment monitoring, Fraud analysis and Account maintenance
• Upload weekly Manual bank balances and Account connectivity maintenance
• Perform Cash analysis (Kyriba vs OneStream)
• Prepare the weekly global Cash repatriation report, assess cash balances and coordinate cash centralization requests to Head Office
• Perform PIC distribution list maintenance
• Assist on all transitions lead by HO Treasury
• Backup of team member job scope where applicable
• Any other ad-hoc assignment

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline with 3 – 5 years of relevant working experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office [Good to have: Power Pivot, Power Query]
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with internal and external parties which include IT personnel, controllers, auditors and corporate accounting staff
• Strong team player, dedicated and meticulous with strong analytical skills
• Ability to work under time pressure
