SALES COORDINATOR
Swiss Avenue Hotel | Sungai Petani, Kedah

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales team with daily sales and administrative tasks.
• Handle customer enquiries, quotations and event bookings.
• Prepare sales proposals, contracts and event documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth event arrangements.
• Follow up with clients on enquiries, bookings and payments.
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports and customer databases.
• Assist in coordinating meetings, functions, weddings and corporate events.
• Provide excellent customer service and build good relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication, organisational and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must.
• Able to multitask, work independently and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn.
• Experience in hotel sales or event coordination will be an advantage.
