WE ARE HIRING: COOK (CAFE)

Location: Avisena Specialist Hospital 2, Shah Alam

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Preparation, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of working experience in cooking or kitchen operations.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and halal requirements.
• Able to work in a team and manage tasks efficiently.
• Responsible, reliable, and attentive to food quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to approved menus and standard recipes.
• Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control meet standards.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food safety and hygiene requirements.
• Handle food preparation, storage, and kitchen equipment safely.
• Assist with stock control, inventory management, and waste reduction.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service.
