• Supervise daily production operations and production workers.
• Ensure production follows the production schedule, work instructions and quality requirements.
• Monitor machine operation, production output, cycle time and manpower arrangement.
• Check that operators follow safety rules, PPE requirements and 5S practices.
• Coordinate with Production Manager, QC and other departments on production issues.
• Monitor defects, rework, material usage and production delays.
• Ensure production records and required documents are completed correctly.
• Assist with machine setup, mould changes and troubleshooting when required.
• Report machine breakdowns, quality problems and abnormal conditions to management.
• Train and guide operators on proper work methods.
• Maintain good discipline, housekeeping and teamwork within the production area.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
